Brave new art by Boris Lyubner, Russian-born illustrator whose style fit nicely the WPA mood we wanted for this intro-to-management cover. The hands in the original illustration were all the same, however, and the publisher wanted to show more diversity. So we made subtle changes in Photoshop to suggest a variety of races and genders for this final version.
